This policy explains how HIEMS&Co s. r. o. processes the personal data of visitors to hiems.world. We act in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

Contact form (Partnership) When you send us a message through the form, we process your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this data only to reply and to discuss a possible partnership. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: no longer than 2 years after our last communication if no contract follows, or until you withdraw consent.
User account When you register, we process your first name, last name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form). Legal basis: performance of a contract, i.e. creating and maintaining your account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: for as long as the account exists. After it is closed, we delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it.
Email communication If you write to us directly at hiems@hiems.world, we process the data in your message in order to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: no longer than 2 years after our last communication.
This website contains information about alcoholic beverages and is intended for people over 18. When you enter the site, we ask you to confirm your age. Your answer is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again. We do not knowingly process personal data of anyone under 18.
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies, without which it cannot function properly. These include cookies for the shopping cart, login, age verification and storing your consent preferences. Under Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications, these cookies do not require your consent.
